Booking software for meditation & relaxation

01 / What your offer needs

What your offer needs

Make preparation straightforward

Notes about seating, clothing and duration help participants prepare for shared practice.

Assign punch cards appropriately

A punch card should cover the groups you select; every visit remains a specific booking.

Distinguish in-person and online

An in-person group and an online evening need clear locations or participation notes respectively.

Four steps to your setup

  1. Set up the provider and context

Explain the room and in-person preparation, plus technical notes for online sessions.

  2. Create suitable booking options

Create a single booking and a five-visit punch card.

  3. Create courses and sessions

Create both courses with twelve places and explicitly assign the punch card to both; prepare the online meeting yourself.

  4. Check the booking path

Check a prepared valid ticket for the online evening for the correct participation notes.

Variations and important distinctions

Live online with your own tool

Create the meeting yourself, for example in Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Put its link, code and password in participation notes, not the public description. For a paid session, participants receive these through booking documents and the valid ticket after successful payment and confirmed course booking. Buying a punch card or subscription alone is not enough. You manage the tool account, meeting and any tool fees.

Book each session deliberately

Each recurring session is booked separately. A subscription or punch card is valid only for assigned courses and does not replace a place booking. This setup does not sell the entire teaching series as a package.

Questions about this example

Can the same punch card cover in-person and online sessions?

Yes, if you explicitly assign it to both suitable courses. Each booked session uses one visit; the punch card does not automatically reserve sessions.

When do participants receive the online link?

Is this a therapeutic service?

The setup example shows meditation and relaxation courses without medical or therapeutic claims. It does not manage treatment workflows.
