Getting started & costs
Can I try courseplanner before subscribing?Yes. Sign in and prepare your courses at your own pace, without a mandatory demo or a paid platform subscription during setup.
Create your provider profile, location and courses with suitable booking options. You decide when you are ready for the next step.
Once you are happy with your setup, subscribe to a platform plan. Setup and Stripe payment approval must be complete before going live. You can ask for personal help if you need it.
Who is courseplanner for?Providers who want to make their courses and workshops bookable online, from yoga and Pilates to creative classes and seminars.
Your offering is the starting point: scheduled sessions, available places and suitable booking options. Our industry examples show how different course formats can be organized.
Compare your industry’s specific requirements with the features described. The examples do not promise a complete specialist solution for every industry.
What does courseplanner cost, and are there extra fees? The first 40 providers get the founding rate of €4 per month plus 0.4% platform commission for life. Stripe fees are additional.
The plan includes all features, without paid feature packages or a monthly booking cap imposed by the plan. Features marked as previews are not necessarily available yet.
You, as the provider, pay Stripe fees. Tax details and full offer terms will be added before the actual launch. The homepage pricing section explains the offer and provides a bounded payment example.
How are payments processed?Payments are processed through Stripe. You set up your Stripe account as part of onboarding.
Stripe verifies your details. Additional checks may take time, so we cannot guarantee an approval time.
You, as the provider, pay the applicable Stripe fees. These are additional to the monthly courseplanner fee and platform commission.
Courses & bookings
Can I offer single bookings, punch cards and subscriptions?Yes. Assign several booking options to a course and let participants choose the offer that suits them.
A single booking covers one session. A punch card provides a defined number of visits. Monthly or annual subscriptions can include a visit allowance or have no fixed visit cap.
Even with a punch card or subscription, participants book each session separately. Available places, booking deadlines and offer validity still apply.
Can I schedule recurring courses?Yes. Create a course series for recurring sessions instead of creating every session individually.
The series represents your recurring timetable. Participants book individual sessions using a suitable booking option.
A recurring series does not automatically mean buying all sessions as a package. Recurrence, booking options and available places are separate settings.
Where can I get help with setup? The help center has step-by-step guides. If you get stuck, you can request personal help through the contact form.
Briefly describe the step you need help with. We will arrange a time to work through your question together.
A consultation is not required to get started. You can sign in and prepare your courses yourself.
Other platforms
Does courseplanner integrate with Urban Sports Club, Wellhub, Wellpass or ClassPass? We do not currently offer a direct integration. This may be an option in the future. In principle, you can already use these platforms alongside courseplanner.
Apply to the relevant platform as a partner and agree its participation terms. An ordinary member account is not enough. You can then offer some course places there under its rules and make the remaining places available through courseplanner.
For example, a yoga class has 13 places in total. You offer 10 through courseplanner and 3 through another provider. Bookings are managed separately; courseplanner does not currently synchronise external bookings or availability automatically.
The booking process depends on the provider: ClassPass documents manual scheduling. Urban Sports Club and Wellhub require supported, integrated booking software for in-person classes bookable directly in their apps. Wellpass also allows bookings through a studio’s own booking system. Check the booking process and any minimum allocations or exclusivity terms in your partner agreement first.
There is currently no committed date for a direct courseplanner integration.
How do I avoid overbooking with separate allocations?Allocate no more places across your booking channels than the class can hold. The same places should not be independently bookable in several systems at once.
For a class with 13 places, you could offer 10 exclusively through courseplanner and 3 exclusively through another platform, if your partner agreement allows it.
To move unused places between channels later, first reduce availability in one system before increasing it in the other. Account for confirmed bookings. Maintain changes and cancellations in every affected system.
