Your questions. Clear answers.

Website preview · This content describes the current development stage.

Can I try courseplanner before subscribing?Yes. Sign in and prepare your courses at your own pace, without a mandatory demo or a paid platform subscription during setup.

Create your provider profile, location and courses with suitable booking options. You decide when you are ready for the next step.

Once you are happy with your setup, subscribe to a platform plan. Setup and Stripe payment approval must be complete before going live. You can ask for personal help if you need it.

Who is courseplanner for?Providers who want to make their courses and workshops bookable online, from yoga and Pilates to creative classes and seminars.

Your offering is the starting point: scheduled sessions, available places and suitable booking options. Our industry examples show how different course formats can be organized.

Compare your industry’s specific requirements with the features described. The examples do not promise a complete specialist solution for every industry.

Can I offer single bookings, punch cards and subscriptions?Yes. Assign several booking options to a course and let participants choose the offer that suits them.

A single booking covers one session. A punch card provides a defined number of visits. Monthly or annual subscriptions can include a visit allowance or have no fixed visit cap.

Even with a punch card or subscription, participants book each session separately. Available places, booking deadlines and offer validity still apply.

What does courseplanner cost, and are there extra fees? The first 40 providers get the founding rate of €4 per month plus 0.4% platform commission for life. Stripe fees are additional.

The plan includes all features, without paid feature packages or a monthly booking cap imposed by the plan. Features marked as previews are not necessarily available yet.

You, as the provider, pay Stripe fees. Tax details and full offer terms will be added before the actual launch. The homepage pricing section explains the offer and provides a bounded payment example.

Does courseplanner integrate with Urban Sports Club, Wellhub, Wellpass or ClassPass? We do not currently offer a direct integration. This may be an option in the future. In principle, you can already use these platforms alongside courseplanner.

Apply to the relevant platform as a partner and agree its participation terms. An ordinary member account is not enough. You can then offer some course places there under its rules and make the remaining places available through courseplanner.

For example, a yoga class has 13 places in total. You offer 10 through courseplanner and 3 through another provider. Bookings are managed separately; courseplanner does not currently synchronise external bookings or availability automatically.

The booking process depends on the provider: ClassPass documents manual scheduling. Urban Sports Club and Wellhub require supported, integrated booking software for in-person classes bookable directly in their apps. Wellpass also allows bookings through a studio’s own booking system. Check the booking process and any minimum allocations or exclusivity terms in your partner agreement first.

There is currently no committed date for a direct courseplanner integration.

The full feature set

Everything included. Down to the details.

From your first course to subscriptions for children: explore how courseplanner supports your day. Open a feature for details and examples.

Some features are still being validated. See each feature’s details for availability information. They are planned without a higher feature package; “included” describes plan coverage, not availability today.

Subscriptions & booking options9

Single bookingsOne session. One booking. Plenty of flexibility.Included

Participants book an individual course session. Use a fixed booking-option price or the price set for the selected course.

Free coursesOffer sessions without a payment step.Included

Single bookings with an explicitly configured €0 price skip checkout. Use this, for example, for a free introductory session.

Punch cardsBuy once, attend several sessions.Included

Set the number of visits, such as a ten-visit punch card, and choose eligible courses. Each successfully registered attendee uses one credit.

Punch card validityChoose how long a punch card stays usable.Included

Offer punch cards with a defined validity period or no configured expiry. Participants can see remaining credits and the validity of each acquired punch card.

Subscriptions with visit allowancesFor example, four visits per month.Included

Monthly and annual subscriptions can have a fixed allowance per billing period. Valid bookings count according to the course date. Periods follow the subscription start rather than necessarily the calendar month; unused visits do not roll over.

Subscriptions without a visit capRegular bookings without a fixed allowance.Included

Offer monthly or annual subscriptions without a configured visit allowance. Course capacity, booking deadlines and subscription validity still apply.

Several booking options per courseSingle booking, punch card or subscription: customers choose.Included

Assign suitable booking options to a course. Participants can use an existing punch card or subscription, or purchase an available offer.

Limited offersCap the number of active punch cards or subscriptions.Included

Set a limit on simultaneously active entitlements for an offer. This is separate from course capacity and visit allowances. Reaching the limit prevents further purchases.

Pause offers and end renewalsStay in control of your catalog.Included

Pause new acquisitions without stopping existing subscription renewals. Deactivation requests cancellation of affected subscriptions at period end; reactivation does not automatically restart them.

Requests & special audiences4

Booking options by requestDecide who can access a particular offer.Included

Make selected offers available after personal approval. Registered participants request access. Approval does not replace buying a paid offer or booking a course place.

Explain your requirementsTell customers who an offer is intended for.Included

Add request instructions, for example about prior experience or membership. Participants can include a message. You carry out the personal assessment.

Youth, senior & special offersSpecial terms after your personal review.Included

For example, a senior subscription requires an access request. Check proof of age outside the request form, such as in person, then approve access. There is no automatic age verification or ID upload; approval does not automatically expire on a birthday.

Requests with a personal responseApprove or decline, with an explanation.Included

Review pending requests and optionally add a decision message. Participants can view their status and your response. Requests are not a waiting list and do not reserve places.

Children & group bookings5

Child bookings without a child accountParents book. Children attend.Included

Adults book and pay in their own name and confirm their authority to register the child. The child needs neither an account nor an email address. This does not automatically verify age or custody.

Use punch card credits for childrenOne punch card, several permitted child bookings.Included

If the booking option allows additional people, parents can register children using their punch card. Each child needs one place and one credit. The adult does not have to attend.

Subscriptions for a named childThe parent manages the subscription; the child attends.Included

Assign a subscription to one named child. The adult manages payments and subsequent bookings use that same child. One account currently cannot acquire the same tariff for several siblings simultaneously.

Book for friends and other peopleAttend together and book together.Included

Eligible single-booking options and punch cards allow several attendees in one booking. Each person gets a place and an individual ticket. Subscriptions do not cover arbitrary groups.

Book without attending yourselfOrganising and attending can be separate.Included

For eligible offers, a booker can register only other people. Child-booking contacts and payments belong to the adult; the ticket names the actual attendee.

Courses, locations & planning9

One-off sessions and workshopsFrom a taster session to a multi-day workshop.Included

Create courses with a start, end, description and suitable booking options. Sessions can run overnight or span several days.

Recurring course seriesPlan once and run sessions regularly.Included

Schedule weekly sessions on selected weekdays up to an end date. Extend a series with further occurrences. Customers book the individual session.

Edit series togetherSpend less time entering the same details.Included

Change shared settings for eligible future sessions while respecting individual overrides. Times of occupied sessions are not simply overwritten; skipped sessions are reported separately.

Multiple locationsOrganise your courses by venue.Included

Manage locations with their own courses and venue details. One booking option can apply to explicitly associated courses across your locations.

In-person, online and hybrid coursesTeach in person or live using your own video-conferencing tool.Included

Create in-person, online or hybrid courses. Run online sessions with your own video-conferencing tool, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Add the meeting link, access code and any password to the participant notes. For paid sessions, customers receive these with their booking documents after successful payment and a confirmed course booking; they are also available in the valid ticket. You manage the meeting and any external tool fees yourself.

Instructors, rooms and attendee notesPut practical information where it belongs.Included

Add an instructor, room and public description. Separate attendee notes hold practical information for booked participants.

Course capacity and booking windowsSet how many people can book, and when.Included

Define participant capacity and booking opening and closing times. Course capacity, offer caps and subscription allowances are separate rules.

Categories and coloursKeep a busy timetable easy to navigate.Included

Organise courses with categories and calendar colours. Participants can filter displayed courses by category to find suitable sessions.

Upcoming, day, week and monthChoose the calendar view that suits the task.Included

Switch between an upcoming list, day, week and month views. The week view shows seven days on wide screens and four consecutive dates in a narrower layout.

Cancellations & refunds7

Self-service cancellationParticipants can manage changes to their plans.Included

An eligible attendee who has not checked in can cancel before the course ends. For group bookings, one attendee can cancel while the other places remain booked.

Flexible and partial refundsEarlier cancellation can mean a larger refund.Included

Set a standard refund percentage and up to five time-based tiers for paid single bookings. For example: a full refund early, then 50%, and 0% close to the start. A requested refund is not yet confirmed settlement.

Your own punch card credit return rulesChoose when a visit credit is returned.Included

Return a punch card credit always, never or only before a defined cancellation cutoff. It returns to the original punch card without extending its expiry.

Cancel courses and initiate refundsA clear process when a session cannot take place.Included

Cancel an individual session with a reason. Valid paid single admissions are due a full refund and used punch card credits are returned. Participants are notified; outstanding refund steps remain distinguishable.

Release subscription allowancesA canceled visit no longer uses the allowance.Included

A confirmed cancellation no longer counts against the allowance in the original course period. Cancelling a subscription-funded session does not produce a proportional cash refund of the subscription price.

Terms retained for each bookingLater policy changes do not rewrite earlier bookings.Included

Cancellation terms are retained when a booking is accepted. Later changes to your rules apply to new bookings.

Manage and cancel subscriptionsCustomers stay in control of ongoing offers.Included

Participants manage subscriptions in the respective provider’s billing portal. Scheduled cancellation takes effect at the confirmed period end. Related bookings starting at or after that cutoff are canceled accordingly.

Tickets, Wallet & calendars8

Individual QR-code ticketsA ticket for every attendee.Included

Open confirmed tickets from the booking or download them as PDFs. Group bookings retain separate attendees and tickets.

QR check-in at the doorCheck tickets using the camera.Included

Scan tickets in the connected provider and location context. The scanner checks current status, including canceled or previously scanned tickets. A scan attempt is distinct from successfully saved attendance.

Scan history as CSVExport local scan attempts for your review.Included

Download the scan history retained on the device as CSV. It contains the attempts present there, not a complete attendance report across locations.

Apple WalletKeep your course ticket handy on iPhone.Included

Personal Apple Wallet tickets are planned for confirmed in-person and hybrid bookings, including additional attendees. Passes contain the QR code and course details. Availability is still being validated; no higher courseplanner plan is planned for this feature.

Google WalletKeep your ticket in Google Wallet.Included

Eligible confirmed tickets are intended to support saving to Google Wallet, with cancellation and check-in reflected in ticket status. Availability is still being validated; updates depend on the device connection and Wallet service.

Individual sessions as iCal filesOne course, one calendar entry.Included

Download a session as a calendar file for apps such as Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. Eligible booking emails also include a calendar file. An import is a snapshot; later changes do not update it automatically.

Subscribe to your bookings calendarSee confirmed sessions together.Included

Registered participants can subscribe to a calendar of confirmed bookings. New sessions and changes appear when the calendar next refreshes. Apple, Google or your calendar app controls refresh timing.

Subscribe to a location timetableFollow a location’s courses in your calendar.Included

Create a calendar subscription for an available location. Providers can use their own location calendars too. Calendar subscriptions do not reserve places or provide two-way editing.

Messages & customer experience6

Booking confirmations and purchase receiptsRelevant documents for the transaction.Included

Attendees receive applicable booking details and tickets. For eligible paid transactions, the purchaser receives an invoice by email. This is not a general invoice archive or complete accounting package.

Message course participantsShare practical updates directly from the course.Included

Send important course information or additional general messages to reachable contacts of valid attendees. A message does not automatically change the stored course schedule.

Course remindersKeep the next session in mind.Included

Reminders are scheduled for registered bookers 24 hours before a session. For bookings made for others, reminders identify the attendee. Optional reminders are controlled in personal settings.

Course-change and payment noticesImportant updates beyond the calendar.Included

Important joining-detail changes, provider cancellations, access decisions and confirmed payment or refund outcomes have dedicated notifications. Send acceptance does not guarantee delivery to every inbox.

Choose your email preferencesControl optional messages and keep essential ones.Included

Registered participants choose personal email categories. Providers control operational messages separately. Essential messages such as payment receipts and provider cancellations remain active.

Five languages and your time formatAn interface that fits your customers.Included

Use the interface in German, US English, French, Spanish or Italian and choose a 12- or 24-hour clock. Your own course titles and descriptions are not translated automatically.

Overview & administration6

Personal course overviewBookings, tickets and offers in one place.Included

Participants find upcoming courses, open tickets and review punch cards, subscriptions and access requests. For several tickets to one course, they select the relevant person.

Remaining credits and expiry datesSee what is still available to use.Included

Each acquired punch card keeps its own credits and validity. Limited subscriptions show available bookings in the relevant usage period. Low-balance and expiry notices help with planning.

Provider dashboardYour course operations at a glance.Included

The dashboard preview brings together today’s courses, a seven-day overview and location selection, with access to courses, participants and management actions. Availability of this expanded dashboard is still being validated.

Occupancy and pending requestsSee available places and decisions that need attention.Included

The dashboard preview shows confirmed places, known reservations, available capacity and pending requests. Booked places and check-ins are distinct; incomplete data is not treated as zero.

Stripe payment overviewUnderstand payments and refunds.Included

The dashboard preview includes a 30-day payment and refund summary and access to Stripe details. Financial information covers the entire connected Stripe account rather than just the selected location, and is not a profit or tax calculation.

Set up and start yourselfNo mandatory sales or setup appointment.Included

Set up your provider, location, Stripe payment account and first offer yourself. Complete information and quick Stripe approval can enable a fast start; additional checks may take longer.

Your offering can be versatile. Your plan stays simple.
