More ways to use this setup

Music schools & instrumental lessons

A scheduled piano or guitar lesson uses the same one-place approach. State the instrument, level and sheet music to bring in the description.

Voice training & singing workshops

Shared practice suits a limited group. For a standalone workshop, create a separate date and booking option.

01 / What your offer needs

What your offer needs

Make group places visible

Eight places in a singing group make it clear how many people can practise together.

Distinguish individual lessons

Individual lessons need their own capacity and option so a group punch card cannot be used unintentionally.

Explain preparation in advance

Instructions about instruments, sheet music and preparation help people make good use of their lesson time.

Variations and important distinctions

Pre-scheduled individual sessions

One-to-one sessions are course dates you create in advance with one place. You set the time and instructor; available trainer, teacher or room times are not calculated automatically.

Live online with your own tool

Create the meeting yourself, for example in Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Put its link, code and password in participation notes, not the public description. For a paid session, participants receive these through booking documents and the valid ticket after successful payment and confirmed course booking. Buying a punch card or subscription alone is not enough. You manage the tool account, meeting and any tool fees.

Book each session deliberately

Each recurring session is booked separately. A subscription or punch card is valid only for assigned courses and does not replace a place booking. This setup does not sell the entire teaching series as a package.
