Booking software for tutoring & exam preparation
Organize tutoring with clear times and suitable group sizes. A parent can book for their child; the participant list identifies the child who actually attends.

Calendar with a six-place maths group and scheduled individual lessons.
More ways to use this setup
Tutoring centers & individual tuition
Create the offered lesson times yourself. Groups support shared practice; an individual lesson offers one booked place for a specific child.
Exam preparation
A standalone revision workshop can specify the topic, school level and materials. This setup organizes study sessions, not grades, pupil records or exam registration.

Variations and important distinctions
Pre-scheduled individual sessions
One-to-one sessions are course dates you create in advance with one place. You set the time and instructor; available trainer, teacher or room times are not calculated automatically.
Book each session deliberately
Each recurring session is booked separately. A subscription or punch card is valid only for assigned courses and does not replace a place booking. This setup does not sell the entire teaching series as a package.
