Variations and important distinctions

One theme, several offered times

Offer the same walk at several start times you set yourself. Each session has its own capacity; customers choose a specific start.

Explain themed walks separately

For a ghost tour, food walk or factory tour, describe duration, language and included services separately. Dedicated booking options keep different offers clear.

Questions about this example

Can a customer book for two people?

Yes, if the single-booking option allows additional people and enough places remain. The customer and companion each occupy one place.

Does this reserve a private tour?

No. The booking occupies participant places in an offered session. It does not automatically reserve the entire tour exclusively.

Does courseplanner organize travel or weather changes?

This example organizes place bookings. Travel, transport, weather decisions and travel services are not managed automatically.
