Four steps to your setup

  1. Introduce the kitchen and programme

Create a single-booking option and allow additional people if appropriate. Set up Stripe for online payments.

  3. Configure the event and cancellation rules

Set twelve places and assign the booking option. Configure refund time bands at provider level to suit your offer.

  4. Review the booking and cancellation information

Check that the per-person price, participant count and terms are clear. Explain a cancellation preview without triggering a real refund.

Variations and important distinctions

Several themed evenings

Pasta, bread and vegetarian cooking can be separate courses with their own dates and descriptions. Cancellation rules remain provider-wide.

Course bookings, not kitchen management

Allergy forms, recipe and stock management or a voucher system are not assumed in this example.
