Manage email notifications
Choose your email notifications. Personal preferences and provider notifications are separate settings.
Use your own account or its associated sign-in method.
Personal messages
Open personal Settings → Email notifications. Review the available categories and change the desired switches. These settings concern your personal usage.

Provider messages
Open email settings in the provider area for operational messages. They are separate from your personal course notifications.
Essential messages
Not every message is optional. Read the notes on essential messages and guest bookings. Disabling a category does not promise that no further email will arrive.
Save
Save changes and wait for confirmation. Leaving beforehand discards unsaved choices. If another tab changed the settings, reload the current values.

Missing email
Check inbox, spam folder and saved settings. A successful booking or saved preference does not prove email delivery. Open existing bookings directly in courseplanner before booking again.
