Get help with a problem

Find the right contact and describe your issue clearly. Do not include access credentials in a support message.

Before you begin

Have the information for the relevant step ready. This guide describes the local development preview.

Provider or support?

Ask your course provider about content, meeting place, age requirements or meeting details. Use the available support contact for technical errors, uncertain payments or missing tickets.

You can use the contact form, support@courseplanner.com, WhatsApp Business or Signal. Messengers are optional external contact channels; the form and email remain equivalent alternatives. Privacy requests can be sent by email without an account. Privacy information appears before the form and beside the messenger links. Send only necessary details and attachments, without health data, credentials or other participants’ information.

Describe the problem

Open Contact or Support, choose the relevant topic and describe what you wanted to do and what happened. Include an existing booking or payment reference if useful and a usable reply address.

Describe the problem

Support form with a prepared subject and message. Do not send an actual support request.

Attachments

Attach only necessary screenshots or files. Hide other people's information. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private calendar links or full payment credentials.

Uncertain submission

Submit once and read the response. An accepted request is not yet a reply or repair. If the response was lost, the message may already have been sent; avoid speculative repeated submissions.
