More ways to use this setup

Functional fitness, CrossFit, HIIT & HYROX

Schedule training and set group capacity to suit your space and supervision. Explain intensity in each course; booking does not manage competitions.

Cycling & rowing

Match participant capacity to available equipment. Customers book a course place; you allocate individual bikes or rowing machines on site.

Bootcamps, Zumba, running & gymnastics groups

Fixed start times and a clear meeting point also work outside the studio. Each recurring session remains a separate booking.

Personal training & small groups

This example pairs scheduled one-to-one and small-group sessions with different capacities and an assigned subscription with a visit limit.

01 / What your offer needs

What your offer needs

Manageable group sizes

Ten places keep each example session manageable. Course capacity and a member’s subscription allowance serve different purposes.

A clear monthly offer

Eight visits per billing period give members an understandable subscription allowance.

A way to drop in

A separate single-booking option provides a starting point without a monthly subscription.

04 / The participant experience

The participant experience

  1. Choose a session

The participant opens a suitable session with an available place.

  2. Select the subscription

The existing subscription must cover the course and have allowance remaining for the relevant period.

  3. Confirm the booking

The place is booked. Usage counts towards the period containing the course date.

Variations and important distinctions

Billing periods, not calendar months

The interval starts with the subscription. The booked course date determines the period. Unused visits do not carry over; an eligible cancellation returns usage to its original period.

Designed around course bookings

Training plans, equipment access and automatic resource scheduling are not part of this example.

Questions about this example

Do the eight visits reset on the first of every month?

No. The billing period follows the subscription start and does not necessarily match the calendar month.

Can members save unused visits?

No. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next billing period.

Do eight visits guarantee eight places?

No. The allowance permits up to eight uses in the relevant period. Each chosen training session must also have an available place.
