More ways to use this setup
Aerial yoga, Reformer & Lagree
For aerial yoga, Reformer Pilates and Lagree or Megaformer sessions, match course capacity to your available stations. Customers book the course; you plan the equipment.
Barre, stretching & gymnastics
Create separate sessions for each focus. Assign punch cards or subscriptions only to the courses where you want to accept them.
Children’s yoga
For children’s courses, identify who actually attends. The family example explains parent bookings and subscriptions for one named child.
Children’s & parent-child courses →Meditation as a separate course
A quiet evening session can complement your programme. The meditation example shows in-person groups and a separate online evening.

What your offer needs
One course, several booking options
Assign single bookings, a punch card and a subscription to the same courses.
Keep groups small
This example uses twelve places per session. Having credit does not reserve a place.
A regular schedule with flexible attendance
Recurring sessions structure your timetable. Participants book the individual dates that suit them.

Four steps to your setup
Set up the studio and location
Create the provider and the location where the courses take place. Connect your Stripe account during onboarding for paid offers.
Create three booking options
Set up a single-booking option, a ten-visit paid Punch Card without a contractual expiry period and a monthly subscription without a visit limit.
Assign options and repeat sessions
Create weekly sessions with twelve places each. Explicitly assign the options that can be used for each course.
Check the participant view
Open a suitable session and check that the options, available places and punch card conditions are easy to understand.
The ten-visit punch card settings
A screenshot will show ten paid visits without a contractual expiry period and the assigned yoga and Pilates courses. These are sample settings for this example.

The participant experience
Choose a session
The participant opens the yoga course they want in the calendar.
Use an existing punch card
They select an existing 10-visit Punch Card with available credit that is assigned to the course.
Book a place
A confirmed booking occupies one place. The participant can then check the remaining punch card credit.
Book with an existing punch card
This clip will show a yoga booking using existing credit, followed by the updated remaining balance. This workflow does not require a purchase.

Variations and important distinctions
Reformer Pilates
You can set a smaller capacity to match the number of machines you have. This does not track individual machines or schedule equipment automatically.
A subscription does not guarantee a place
Even a subscription without a visit limit only covers assigned courses within their capacity. Explain that participants still need to book each session.
Questions about this example
Can one punch card cover both yoga and Pilates?
Yes. Assign the same punch card to both courses as an allowed booking option. Participants then use their shared credit.
Does a monthly subscription reserve a place every week?
No. It enables access to eligible courses. A place is only reserved when a specific session is booked and confirmed.
Can I limit subscription visits?
Yes. A subscription can have a visit allowance per billing period. The fitness example shows a configuration with eight visits.
