01 / What your offer needs

What your offer needs

Keep the introduction open

An open improv session should be bookable without a personal assessment first.

Account for experience

For intensive scene work, you want to discuss experience and expectations beforehand.

Offer independent workshops

An advanced workshop is a separate offer; its booking should not be confused with the open session.

Variations and important distinctions

Approval and booking are separate

Approval grants access to the booking option. A place is secured only by the subsequent purchase and confirmed booking of an available session.

Book each session deliberately

Each recurring session is booked separately. A subscription or punch card is valid only for assigned courses and does not replace a place booking. This setup does not sell the entire teaching series as a package.

Questions about this example

Is the advanced workshop part of the open session?

No. They are independent sessions with separate options. Booking the improv session does not include an advanced place.

Is the booking complete after approval?

Approval grants access to the booking option. A place is secured only by the subsequent purchase and confirmed booking of an available session.

Can this allocate performance seats and roles?

This example organizes course places. Casting, production planning and seating plans for performances are outside this workflow.
