Use punch cards and subscriptions
Use an existing punch card or course subscription for an eligible session. Check validity, eligibility and remaining usage.
Check the correct provider, date and, where relevant, the account used to book.
Remaining credits
Open your punch card or subscription and check available balance. Where guests are allowed, each person needs a punch card credit. An unavailable balance does not establish sufficient credit.
Validity
Check eligibility for the intended course date. Remaining credits alone are insufficient if the punch card has expired or does not cover that occurrence.

Matching courses
Choose an associated course and book it separately. Buying a punch card or subscription does not automatically reserve any occurrence.

Visit limit
With a limited subscription, a booking belongs to the course date's usage period. Check its available allowance. Unlimited subscriptions still require valid eligibility and course places.
No place available
A course can be full or closed even when you have credit. Choose another eligible date. This does not create a waiting-list position or an automatic place-availability alert.
