Cancel a booking and understand refunds
Review the displayed refund before canceling. Canceling one course booking does not end an ongoing course subscription.
Check the correct provider, date and, where relevant, the account used to book.
Choose the person
Open your courses and choose the exact occurrence and person. Visitor bookings need the original browser access. Ordinary cancellation requires an unscanned admission before course end.

Read terms and provisional remedy in the cancellation dialog. Confirm the course title and submit once if you wish to cancel. Choosing to keep the booking before submission leaves it unchanged.

Money
For paid single admission, refunds follow the applicable terms. A refund request is not yet confirmed returned funds. Check the existing operation's result.
Punch card credits
Punch card bookings concern returning consumed credits. Check the displayed result and then your punch card. Returning a credit is not a cash transfer.
Subscription usage
With a limited subscription, usage may be released in its original period. Cancellation does not end your subscription agreement or automatically generate a proportional cash refund.
Uncertain refund
If the result is incomplete, first inspect the existing operation. Contact support using the booking reference. Do not repeat completed cancellation or purchase again to repair an error.
