Join an online course
You join an online course through the platform chosen by the organizer. You do not receive an admission ticket with a QR code. The organizer explains how to join in your booking confirmation.

You have successfully booked the specific online session. Payment must be complete for a paid single booking.
Where do I find the joining details?
Open the booking confirmation for your online session and read the organizer’s joining instructions. They explain which platform to use and how to access the course. These instructions are also available in the details of your confirmed booking.
Even if you reach this view through “Open ticket”, you do not need a QR code for an online-only course. Use the joining information supplied by the organizer.

Join using a link
The organizer may provide a direct link to the online course. Open it at the specified time and follow the platform’s instructions. courseplanner does not host the online course itself.
- Check your booking’s date, start time and time zone where relevant.
- Open the link in the joining instructions.
- Follow the platform’s and organizer’s instructions to join the course.
Join using a meeting ID, code or password
Instead of a direct link, or in addition to one, the organizer may provide a meeting ID, passcode or password. Open the platform named in your confirmation and enter the details as instructed.
Depending on the platform, you may need an app, an account or other preparation. Check the instructions before the course starts and keep the access details private.
Joining details are missing or do not work
First check that you booked the specific session. Buying a punch card or subscription alone does not register you for this online course.
If your booking is confirmed but the link or meeting ID is missing, or you cannot access the platform, contact the organizer. They run the online course and provide the joining details. Contact support if your courseplanner booking or payment status is unclear. Do not book or pay again just to obtain joining details.
