Deactivate and restore a provider
Review the consequences before deactivating your provider and understand the available restoration options.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Before deactivation
Open provider management and read the requirements. Review ongoing agreements and bookings. Deactivating an established provider differs from canceling unfinished setup.
Consequences
Read the displayed consequences before confirming. Provider deactivation, your personal account and ongoing payment processes are separate matters. Deactivation does not promise complete erasure of every record.

Consequences
Provider deactivation consequences and restore action. Do not imply complete erasure of payment or booking records.
Restore
Use the available restore action for the existing provider. Review profile, locations and financial status afterward. Do not rush to create a second provider.
Go live again
After restoration, check all requirements and use the separate publication action when needed. Restoration alone does not guarantee that courses are immediately bookable.
