Manage access requests
Let participants request access to a booking option and decide afterwards. Approval alone does not book a course place.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Require a request
Set the booking option to require a request. This controls access to the option and does not replace course booking.
Explain prerequisites
Explain what you want to check before granting access. For an age-restricted offer you can request a personal clarification. This does not mean courseplanner automatically verifies age or an uploaded document.

Approve
Open the current request and check the person and offer. Grant access, add an explanation if useful and check the saved decision.
Decline
Decline with a helpful explanation. Later revoking previously granted access does not end already purchased punch cards, subscriptions or existing course bookings.
After approval
The person can subsequently acquire or use the option if other conditions are met. Approval is neither payment nor a seat reservation. After an uncertain result, check the recorded decision first.
