Cancel a course occurrence
Review affected participants and refund consequences before canceling a course. An initiated refund does not mean the money has already arrived.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Choose the exact occurrence
Open the correct location and occurrence. Check its date and attendees, then start cancellation. Enter a reason of at least ten text characters and confirm the course title. Other occurrences in the series remain separate.
Affected people
Review registrations and how they were funded. A participant list that failed to load does not mean nobody booked. Confirm only when the affected occurrence is clear.

Check refund status
Valid paid single admissions are owed the original paid amount; consumed punch card credits are returned and limited subscription usage is released. Subscriptions receive no per-course cash refund. Earlier participant cancellations are not automatically topped up.
Partial results
The course may be canceled while some refunds remain unfinished. Review each result and contact support when uncertain. Do not repeat completed operations; a notice or refund request proves neither delivery nor settlement.
