Set up punch cards
Set a punch card's credits, validity and eligible courses. Its sales limit is separate from a session's capacity.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Number of credits
Set the number of credits before activation. An eligible confirmed booking consumes one credit per person. Buying the punch card does not reserve course places.

Validity
Review and explain punch card validity. Eligibility for a booking depends on the course date. Remaining credits alone do not make an expired punch card usable.
Guests
Decide whether the punch card may cover additional people. If guests are allowed, each confirmed person requires one credit. The balance must cover the selected party.
Sales cap
Use a sales cap to limit acquisition of this option. It does not define individual course capacity or the credit balance of an already purchased punch card.
Eligible courses
Explicitly associate the punch card with suitable courses. Review price, initial credits and validity before activation; these core values stay fixed afterward.
