For providers / Booking options

Change, pause or deactivate booking options

Check which booking-option details can still be edited and what a status change means.

Before you begin

You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.

Editable details

Open the existing option and check editable fields. After activation, type, price, initial quantity and punch card validity remain fixed. Different core terms require a new option.

Pause

Read the displayed consequences for new acquisitions and existing holders before pausing. A pause is not proof that ongoing billing has ended.

Deactivate

Review existing usage and consequences before deactivation. A failed dependency check does not establish that there are no dependencies. Inspect the actual status after saving.

Existing holders

Creating a new option does not automatically move existing punch card or subscription holders. Review existing agreements and bookings separately when changing offers.

Renewals and billing

Check the specific subscription status and confirmed end date. An option status alone does not explain every renewal consequence. Contact support about conflicting displays rather than creating a second billing arrangement.
