Publish your provider
Check the requirements for going live and whether participants can actually book your offer.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Check readiness
Check completed setup, your payment account and the required courseplanner subscription. Create an active course with a usable booking option at the intended location. Provider, course and option each have their own status.
Your privacy notice and provider agreement must also be complete before publication. Review them under Settings → Privacy. Your notice has a public provider page linked during booking.

Check readiness
Check publication requirements and open a prepared public preview. Do not publish a real provider.
Review the preview
Check your description, location, dates, prices and cancellation terms from the participant perspective. A preview is not publication and reserves no places.
Go live
Use the separate Go live action and check its result. Completing setup or activating a course does not automatically publish your provider.
Provider not visible
Check provider status, then location, course status and booking window. An archived location or draft course is not a bookable offer. If readiness cannot load, this does not establish publication.
