For providers / Courses & calendar

Manage recurring courses

Plan recurring sessions and distinguish changes to one session from changes to the series.

Before you begin

You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.

Recurrence

Choose weekdays during course creation. Review the generated dates. A series organizes individual occurrences; participants book each separately.

End date

Set a finite series end and review the range before saving. A participant subscription does not create or extend course dates.

One occurrence or the series

Before editing, check whether you are changing the open occurrence or series settings. A single-occurrence edit does not automatically change the defaults for future dates.

Extend a series

Open series extension, check the new end date and confirm the timezone if requested. After an interruption, review saved dates and resume extension instead of recreating the entire series.

Occupied occurrences

A series time change leaves occupied dates and dates with booking attempts unchanged. Read the result showing changed and skipped dates. New dates use the saved series defaults.
