Manage your profile and locations
Manage your provider details and locations, and check how archiving affects new bookings.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Provider profile
Open provider settings and review your name, description and contact information. Save changes and inspect the preview. The provider address is a permanent identifier, not an ordinary editable display name.
Manage locations
Create courses at the intended location. Check delivery mode, categories and the address for in-person courses. Adding a location does not automatically move courses from another location.

Check the timezone
Choose the location timezone carefully. It determines the local presentation of your schedule. When extending a series, review and confirm a changed timezone before generating dates.
Archive a location
Use archive in location settings and read the consequences before confirming. Archived locations disappear from public location selection. Existing personal booking documents are not deleted by this action.

Restore a location
Restore the location in provider settings before editing its courses or continuing a series. Review the courses afterward: restoration does not reactivate canceled dates or automatically resume interrupted series creation.
