Set cancellation terms
Define clear cancellation terms. Money, punch card credits and subscription usage are handled differently when a booking is canceled.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Deadlines
Set cancellation terms during setup or in provider settings. Review deadlines relative to course start and explain them before booking.
Refund rates
Define the applicable percentage refund for participant cancellations. Check timing and funding type in the preview. A requested refund is not yet money received.

Punch card credits
Punch card cancellations concern returned credits rather than a proportional cash transfer for each course. Read the displayed remedy preview; punch card credits are not a cash balance.
Subscriptions
A subscription booking cancellation can release usage in its original period. Canceling a course booking does not cancel the subscription or automatically refund a proportion of its price.
Worked example
For paid single admission of EUR 50, a 50 percent refund calculates to EUR 25. This is an example, not a prescribed cancellation rule. Actual terms and the operation's preview govern the result.
