For providers / Booking options
Set up subscriptions and visit limits
Configure a course subscription with eligible courses and optional visit limits. A child subscription remains assigned to the named child.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Billing interval
Choose the offered billing interval and price before activation. Explain which courses the subscription covers. Review billing interval and usage period separately.
Visit limit
Set the allowed bookings per usage period, for example four per month. Usage belongs to the period of the course date. A visit limit is not an attendance record and reserves no place.

Unlimited usage
An unlimited subscription removes the visit quota. Validity, active eligibility, course association, booking window and available places still apply.
Subscription for a child
A child subscription names one child at purchase. The adult remains the contracting and paying party. The child stays the participant; siblings cannot share the subscription interchangeably.
Sales cap
A sales cap controls acquisition of this subscription option. It is separate from visit limits and course places. Explain these distinctions for limited offers.
Assign courses
Associate the subscription only with intended courses. Participants book each desired occurrence separately using their valid subscription. A recurring charge does not create automatic course bookings.
