For providers / Booking options
Understand booking options
Compare single bookings, punch cards and subscriptions. Choose an option for your offer and distinguish capacity, visit limits and sales limits.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Compare options
Single admission books one occurrence. A punch card provides credits for eligible dates. A subscription is a recurring agreement with its own usage terms. Choose the type based on how participants should use your offer.
| Option | Suitable for | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Single booking | One specific session | Select participants and confirm the booking. |
| Punch card | Several eligible sessions | Book each session using available credits. |
| Course subscription | Regular use under its terms | Book each session and observe visit limits. |

Compare options
Show the single-booking, punch card and course-subscription types in a prepared provider form.
Course association
Associate the option with suitable courses. Activation and course association are separate steps. Participants also need an open occurrence with available places.
Access
Choose whether participants can use the option directly or must request approval first. Explain requirements clearly, such as prior knowledge or an age group.
Three different limits
Course capacity limits people per occurrence. A subscription visit limit restricts bookings within its usage period. A sales cap limits acquisition of the option. None of these limits replaces the others.
