Manage your courseplanner subscription
Manage your provider's courseplanner contract. This platform contract is separate from a participant's course subscription.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Open the correct agreement
Open subscription management in provider settings. Check that this is your courseplanner agreement, not a course subscription you purchased from a provider.

Cancel
Carefully review the cancellation preview and consequences. Canceling the courseplanner platform agreement takes effect immediately; it does not follow the ordinary period-end cancellation of a participant course subscription.

Review consequences
Check actual subscription and provider status after returning. Do not assume existing participant bookings were automatically refunded or every financial operation completed.
Become active again
Open provider billing and inspect the available reactivation steps. Then check payment setup, agreement and publication separately. Do not create a second agreement merely because the current state is uncertain.
