Understand income, fees and payouts, and use the relevant courseplanner and Stripe details for payment questions.
You need a provider account and access to the relevant provider.
Payments
Check the specific payment and its status. Successful payment, confirmed course booking and ticket issuance are separate outcomes. Use the existing reference when contacting support about discrepancies.
Fees
courseplanner charges and Stripe fees are calculated separately. Plan features can be included while payment processing still costs extra. Use the current cost explanation; this article does not duplicate fixed Stripe rates.

Payouts
Inspect payouts in the associated payment area. Paid revenue is not immediately paid-out funds. Reviews, fees and other payment operations can affect the available amount.
Refunds
Distinguish a requested refund from its confirmed outcome. Read per-booking results after canceling a course. An invoice and a refund describe different operations.
Scope of the overview
Compare figures only when periods and meanings match. The overview does not replace full accounting. Unavailable data means an unknown amount, not zero.
